The birthday cake chocolate bar that makes any day a celebration. Fresh white cake, three kinds of vanilla bean, and confetti sprinkles folded into creamy chocolate. Festive, joyful, and better than the slice it honors. Handmade in our Los Angeles kitchens for birthdays and every day between.
The crunch of those confetti sprinkles against the creamy chocolate is pure joy, and the white cake bits actually taste fresh, not dry. It's dangerously easy to finish the whole bar in one sitting.
I wasn’t expecting the confetti sprinkles to add actual crunch, but they do—it’s like eating a party. The vanilla bean comes through in three distinct layers, and the cake bits stay soft instead of turning chewy. A seriously fun bar that’s more dessert than candy.
The white cake pieces actually give it a real tender crumb texture that melts into the chocolate, and those three vanillas come through loud and clear. Grabbed one for a Tuesday afternoon and honestly felt like I was at a party.
