Bought this as a hostess gift and ended up keeping it for myself. The chocolate covered marshmallows are pillowy and the glacé fruits actually taste like real fruit instead of sugar syrup.
The caramels in this box are ridiculously good, soft and buttery without sticking to my teeth. I bought it as a treat for myself and ended up hiding the chocolate covered marshmallows from my kids. The glacé fruits were the one thing I could take or leave, but everything else disappeared in a week.
Sent this to my mom for her birthday and she actually called me to say the marshmallows were the best part. The glacé fruits surprised me too, way less sugary than the ones from those mall kiosks. Everything arrived looking like it came straight out of a display case.
