The macadamias are whole and huge, not chopped little fragments like most mixes. Dark chocolate is properly bitter too, so it balances the natural sweetness of the nuts instead of just tasting like sugar. Gone through half the box already.

I expected the usual waxy coating but these are mostly nuts with just enough dark chocolate to hold the clusters together, so the roast really comes through. The pecans and walnuts taste especially fresh, not stale like some gift box mixes.

The macadamias are the standout here — whole, buttery, and the dark chocolate shell is thin enough that you actually taste the nut instead of just sugar. Nice to have a vegan option that doesn't feel like a compromise.
