The Honeycomb chocolate bar, crunchy, golden, and just the bee's knees. Pieces of homemade honeycomb scattered through sweet dark chocolate, kissed with Hawaiian honey. It snaps, then melts. The honey chocolate bar for anyone who takes their sweetness with texture.
The snap on this bar is so satisfying, and then the honeycomb shatters into those perfect crunchy bits that melt right into the dark chocolate. I grabbed it as a mid-afternoon treat and the texture alone made it feel like a real splurge.
The Hawaiian honey really comes through, giving the dark chocolate a mellow sweetness I wasn't expecting. And the honeycomb pieces are perfectly crunchy without being sticky—each square snaps clean and melts smooth right after.
That first snap is so loud and satisfying, and then the dark chocolate just melts away while the honeycomb stays perfectly crunchy. I’ve already eaten two bars this week—it’s dangerously good.
