The malt flavor is intense and authentic, like a proper soda fountain shake in solid form, and that salty finish keeps every bite interesting. I grabbed another bar before even finishing this one, it's that good.
The sea salt really pulls it all together—that salty hit right before the malty sweetness kicks in is dangerously good. I finished the whole bar in one sitting and immediately wished I’d bought two.
The filling has that true malt-shop texture, dense and slightly gritty in the best way, and it's not overly sweet. I ate half the bar in one sitting without even realizing it, the salt level is just right to keep you going back for another bite.
