I wasn't expecting the pistachios to stay this crunchy against the white chocolate, but every piece has that snap. The bark comes in big irregular shards, so one square is honestly enough to satisfy a sugar craving.
The pistachios are still crunchy, which surprised me since white chocolate usually softens everything. Each piece is big enough that one is genuinely satisfying. Gone through half the bag in two days.
The raspberry bits are properly tart, which keeps the white chocolate from getting too sweet. Only gripe is the pieces arrived a little broken up, but the pistachio crunch is worth it.
