I was a little skeptical about chocolate with pretzels, but the sourdough crunch pairs perfectly with the dark richness, and that sea salt hits just the right note. I’ve already finished half the bar in one sitting.
That sourdough pretzel crunch inside the dark chocolate is what got me — the salty, tangy bits break up the richness perfectly. Finished the whole bar in one sitting, no regrets.
That sea salt really pulls the whole thing together, and the pretzels stay shockingly crunchy even after the bar sits in my pantry for a few days. I've already bought a second one for the weekend.
