The 73% dark chocolate hits deep and bitter first, then the tart raspberries and that rose note bloom right after. It’s an elegant, grown-up flavor combo that feels special without being fussy. I cut it into small squares and it lasted way longer than I expected.
The floral rose note is surprisingly subtle against that 73% dark chocolate, and the raspberry pieces give it a nice little chew. I ended up finishing the whole bar in one sitting, which says enough.
The tart raspberry bits cut through the 73% dark chocolate beautifully, and the rose note lingers just enough after each bite. I've already eaten half the bar in one sitting because the balance is that good.
