The fleur de sel on top really balances the sweetness of the milk chocolate, and the toffee shatters in just the right way. It’s dangerously easy to finish the whole bar in one sitting, which is exactly what happened to me.
The salt on top really balances the sweetness, and the toffee stays crisp even after sitting in my pantry for a few days. That creamy milk chocolate melts at just the right pace, making every bite feel a bit indulgent without being cloying.
The chocolate itself is plenty creamy and the toffee bits add that nice snap, but I do wish the bar had a bit more of that salty fleur de sel kick throughout. Still, it's a solid treat that didn't last long in my house.
