I was skeptical about chocolate with marshmallow in it, but their house-made marshmallows are pillowy and light, not chewy like store-bought ones. The dark chocolate gives it a nice bitterness that balances the sweet graham cracker crunch perfectly.
The graham cracker pieces stay crunchy even after the chocolate melts on your tongue, which makes every bite feel like the real campfire version. I ate half the bar in one sitting and immediately wished I’d bought two.
