Cinnamon Toast, the childhood dream bar. Crunchy cinnamon cereal bites and swirls of cinnamon through sweet, heavenly white chocolate, the sequel to our beloved Cereal Bowl. Wrapped in hand-drawn black and gold, deliciously beautiful and beautifully nostalgic.
The crunch from those cereal bites holds up even after the bar sits in my pantry for a few days, which is exactly what I hoped for. The cinnamon swirls cut through the white chocolate just enough to keep it from being cloying, and it genuinely tastes like the cinnamon toast cereal I loved as a kid.
The cereal bits stay properly crunchy inside the chocolate instead of turning soggy or chewy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. That cinnamon swirl running through the white chocolate hits the nostalgic spot without being overwhelming, and the bar disappeared way faster than I'd like to admit.
The white chocolate base is just sweet enough to let the cinnamon swirls really shine, and the cereal bites stay crunchy to the very last square. Took me straight back to breakfast as a kid, but in bar form. Already eyeing the next one.
