Salted Pistachio, our truffle-inspired favorite gone bar. Jumbo roasted pistachios blended into signature dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt, wrapped in a striking green graphic design. Naturally vegan and gluten-free, handmade in our Los Angeles kitchen. Dark chocolate pistachio, exactly as it should be.
The dark chocolate is rich without being bitter, and the jumbo pistachios give it a satisfying crunch in every bite. I grabbed one for an afternoon snack and ended up finishing the whole bar before dinner, the salted bits on top really tie it together.
The sea salt hits first and then the dark chocolate melts into those big roasted pistachios—that truffle-inspired texture really comes through in bar form. I finished half of it before I even realized I'd opened the wrapper.
The pistachios are jumbo and genuinely roasted, so you get that deep nutty crunch in every single bite against the dark chocolate. The salt sprinkle is perfectly balanced, not overpowering, and it makes the whole bar feel dangerously easy to finish in one sitting. I've already ordered two more.
