The dark chocolate base is smooth and deep, but the real win is how the dried fruit stays chewy and tart against the nuts. Half the bar disappeared before I even sat down.
The blend of dark chocolate with those farmer’s market fruits and nuts is exactly what I hoped for—the crunch from the nuts and the chewy bits of fruit make each bite a little different. I ate half the bar in one sitting without feeling like it was overly sweet.
