Bought this as a gift and ended up keeping half the box for myself. The knafeh crunch inside the ganache is what gets me, that little bit of texture under the dark chocolate shell. Twenty pieces disappeared way faster than I planned.
The knafeh crunch inside the pistachio ganache is what got me — that little bit of texture keeps it from being just another soft truffle. Twenty pieces disappeared at my desk in under a week, and the dark chocolate coating isn't too sweet.
I bought these as a gift and honestly almost kept the box for myself. The dark chocolate shell snaps nicely and the pistachio filling is rich without being overly sweet, though two pieces at a time is my limit.
