Ten of our best chocolate truffles, the perfect introduction to Compartés. Gourmet chocolate truffles handmade in Los Angeles with silky ganache centers, in flavors that change with the seasons. A chocolate truffle gift box sized for a sweet thank-you, a birthday, or keeping entirely to yourself.
The ganache centers are so silky they practically melt the second you bite in, way better than the waxy truffles I've grabbed at the drugstore. Ten pieces felt like a lot until my roommate and I finished the whole box in two nights, no regrets.
The ganache centers are so silky they basically melt the second you bite in. I split the box with my roommate and we finished all ten in two days, which says everything. Flavors rotate seasonally so I'll definitely be back for the next batch.
Gave this to my mom for her birthday and she refused to share, so I guess that means I'm buying another one. The seasonal flavors keep it interesting, and each truffle is genuinely different instead of ten variations of the same chocolate.
