The dark chocolate on the orange slices actually snaps when you bite it, and the apricots stay chewy instead of drying out. I've bought dairy-free boxes before that tasted chalky, but this one doesn't. The black box is nice enough that I didn't bother rewrapping it.
Sent this to my mom for her birthday and she actually hid the box from my dad so she wouldn't have to share. The chocolate-dipped apricots were the standout, though the pecans disappeared first. The black box it comes in looks way more expensive than what I paid.
