I've baked three batches of cookies with these chips and the deep cocoa taste actually comes through, not just sweetness. They melt smoothly for drizzling over homemade truffles too, which surprised me since they're vegan.
These chips held their shape beautifully in the cookie dough and gave every bite that deep, complex cocoa kick I usually only get from pricey truffles. I’ve already used them in two batches of brownies and a homemade chocolate bark, and the vegan part is a nice bonus for my dairy-free friends.
These melt so smoothly that my ganache came out silky with zero graininess, and you can really taste the quality of the chocolate underneath the sugar. The vegan part is a bonus for my dairy-free friend, but honestly, the flavor stands on its own.
