I baked two dozen cookies and they came out with that glossy, almost fudgy interior the award-winning bars are known for. The chips held their shape better than any grocery store kind I've tried, with a richer cocoa taste that honestly made the batch disappear by dinner.
The melt is dangerously smooth for a baking chip—I caught myself eating a handful straight from the bag before they ever hit the brownie batter. They held their shape nicely in the oven but stayed gooey inside, which is exactly what I want.
I swapped these into my usual cookie recipe and the batter tasted noticeably richer before they even hit the oven. The chips held their shape nicely while baking, leaving those soft, gooey pockets instead of smearing into the dough. Definitely stocking up for the next batch of brownies.
